Learning to feel safe in our bodies and our environments is a hard-won skill for many queer / trans people. It definitely has been for me.

Drop-in on this session to create a break for yourself. Build the skills to shift our nervous system, cultivate peace, enhance resilience, boost immune function, improve sleep, soothe our mental health, and connect with others.
