Six months of 1:1 clinical partnership to find what's been driving your health challenges and build a targeted plan to change it. A structured arc of investigation, targeted intervention, and formal re-assessment at months three and six. The Lane Change Program
Stop managing it.
Start changing it.
Two kinds of people find their way here.
WHO LANE CHANGE IS FOR
Maybe there's a number, a pattern, or a trajectory: something specific and measurable moving in the wrong direction. You've adjusted your habits and cleaned things up. Some of it helped. None of it moved the thing that matters most. What you haven't had is a practitioner who looks at the full picture, figures out what's driving it, designs a plan with you, and supports you through it.
YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO CHANGE.
Or maybe there's no single marker to point to, just a persistent sense that something isn't right: your energy, your resilience, the feeling of being well. Conventional medicine cleared you. Your labs came back "normal," and you still don't feel normal. You've been told it's probably stress. At some point, "probably stress" stops being an answer. You got reassurance when you needed an investigation.
Both need the same thing: clinical attention, a targeted plan, and a practitioner who stays with you through the work.
YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS OFF.
Both need the same thing: clinical attention, a targeted plan, and a practitioner who stays with you through the work.
You're done accepting "manage it" as the answer for your blood sugar, weight, energy, cardiac risk, gut, inflammation, or anxiety
You've made lifestyle changes that probably helped but didn't reach the core issue
You've had a functional medicine workup that produced lots of interesting data but never got to the root cause
You want to understand what's happening in your body, not just get a plan to follow
You're ready to change the patterns that keep feeding it.
YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
The conventional model manages symptoms. We strengthen the ecosystem.
MANAGING VERSUS CHANGING
Managing keeps you stable while, likely, the problem keeps progressing under the surface. The conventional medical model is built to find a diagnosis and match it with a pharmaceutical, or refer you to a specialist who only looks at one body system. Here's the problem with that: your body is an ecosystem. Every system talks to the others, all day, every day, and all night long.
Effort to improve your health is rarely wasted, but you can do a lot of work and still miss the thing you were aiming at. Chances are the work wasn't irrelevant — it just required a more refined approach.
MANAGING LOOKS LIKE
— Getting cleared when you don't feel clear
— Trying things that help a little but don't move the needle
— Sifting through possibilities on your own
— Quiet resignation that this might just be how it is now
CHANGING LOOKS LIKE
A clinical picture of what's been driving your symptoms
A targeted intervention plan built around your specific case
A practitioner who sees your full picture and stays close
Focused work on the thing that brought you here
Changing lanes is one of the most deceptively complex driving maneuvers.
A STRUCTURED ARC. A CLEAR DIRECTION.
Not because you're doing anything drastic, but because success depends on subtle, targeted movements done in the right order, with excellent timing and 360-degree awareness. That's also how we modify an ecosystem: precise but subtle new influences across multiple touch points.
No dramatic overhaul (or overwhelm). Just strategic, well-sequenced moves that redirect the trajectory of your health.
Six months. A full arc from intake and investigation through targeted intervention and formal re-assessment at months three and six. Sessions every other week. An initial round of standard labs or one functional test included.
Why six months? Most 1:1 programs run twelve weeks. That's rarely enough time to investigate, try a targeted intervention, see how your body responds, and adjust. Six months gives the work room to unfold at the pace bodies change. And from day one, the Collective runs alongside it: the community, the foundational coaching, and the quarterly rhythm, already in place before your focused work ends.
Six months to do the work.
A year of support to keep it going.
HOW IT WORKS
The full arc, phase by phase.
Intake and Assessment
This phase is about getting to know you and your health story. Intake forms and a symptom questionnaire are completed at home. If you have relevant bloodwork or test results, this is the ideal time to share them. It concludes with a strategy session where we discuss the initial clinical picture, identify foundational gaps, and clarify our objectives
PHASE 1
Intervention
Two layers, working together. The lifestyle layer targets the foundational gaps most relevant to your case, with a plan and pacing that fit your real life. The therapeutic layer goes deeper: targeted rebalancing where your picture calls for it, such as an elimination protocol, anti-inflammatory eating, gut healing, or sleep restructuring. At month three, a formal re-assessment with the symptom questionnaire shows what's moved and what hasn't, and we adjust the focus for Phase 3.
PHASE 2
Intervention + Re-assessment
We continue or progress the work from Phase 2, based on what the re-assessment showed. At month six, a final re-assessment gives us a clear read on where things stand, followed by an honest conversation about what's next.
PHASE 3
THROUGHOUT
Session Cadence + Testing + Collective
Sessions every other week throughout the program: a 90-minute strategy session to close Phase 1, then sessions of up to 50 minutes. An initial round of standard labs or one functional test is included in the program price. Any follow-ups you desire are additional expenses. Collective membership starts at program launch, and continues for a full year after your 1:1 engagement ends — so the structure that holds your progress is already in place before the focused work ends.

Frequently asked questions
How is Lane Change different from the Collective or Collective + Care?
The Healthy Foundations Collective and Collective + Care are built for the long haul of foundational health: community coaching, a quarterly rhythm, and sustained support over years. Lane Change is focused clinical intervention. It's for people whose situation calls for more than community support can offer: a defined arc of investigation, targeted therapeutic intervention, and formal re-assessment, with a practitioner close to their picture across the full six months. Lane Change clients are also part of the Collective from day one. The two are designed to work together, not as alternatives.
Do I need to complete the Foundational Health Assessment first?
Yes. The Assessment is the entry point for every One Body One World program. It's a $50 intake and 40-minute consult that gives me a first clinical read on your picture and gives you an honest recommendation for next steps. If you enroll in Lane Change within 30 days of completing the Assessment, the $50 is credited toward your program.
How do I enroll in Lane Change?
Once you've completed your Foundational Health Assessment, if Lane Change is the right fit, you'll get an invitation to your client portal on Practice Better, the platform both the Collective and Lane Change run on. Accept the invitation, verify or add your information, and ideally download the app. Inside your portal, you'll pay for your program or set up a payment plan, and sign your waivers and agreements. Then you're in, and you can schedule your first appointment. There's nothing to prepare for it.
From your portal (or the app), you can manage appointments, join your sessions and Collective calls, post to the Collective thread, and message us anytime. It's also where you'll upload past bloodwork, test results, or other relevant documents. The platform, our messages, and our calls are all encrypted and HIPAA compliant. To protect everyone's privacy, all communication happens through Practice Better.
What kind of testing is included?
An initial round of standard labs or one functional test (from our selected offerings at the time) is included in the program price. We'll choose together based on what your case calls for, whether that's standard bloodwork or a functional test such as gut, food sensitivity, or hormone testing. Any follow-up testing is billed separately.
How predictable is the process?
You'll always know where we are in the arc and what we're working on. How your body responds is harder to predict. Every system talks to the others, so things shift in ways no one can fully map in advance. That's part of working with an ecosystem. I'll make sure you're prepared for the possibilities and confident handling however things unfold.
What happens when Lane Change ends?
You'll already be part of the Healthy Foundations Collective, and your membership continues for a full year after your 1:1 engagement ends, at no additional cost. From there, people go different ways. Some settle into the Collective and focus on maintaining what they've built. Some take a breather to get confident with their new practices, then come back for another six months. Others go straight into the next layer. For most people, at the end of six months, their answer is clear. If you're feeling torn, it's my job to help you find the decision that feels the best.
Can I book sessions with Vanden without enrolling in a program?
No. The only way to book sessions with me is from inside the One Body One World ecosystem. Lane Change clients have regular sessions built in, every other week for six months. Healthy Foundations Collective members can purchase private sessions à la carte at any time.
READY TO CHANGE IT?
It starts with one conversation.
Every One Body One World program starts with the Foundational Health Assessment, a $50 intake and 40-minute consult. If you enroll in Lane Change within 30 days, the $50 is credited toward your program.
