I've spent nearly two decades healing from trauma-driven gut dysfunction, metabolic disaster, and severe mental health struggles that affected every part of my life. The transformation has been profound—but it didn't have to take that long.

Reflecting on my journey now, I see that I was stuck between a pharma-first medical approach I wanted nothing to do with, and a highly toxic wellness industry. Neither side had an answer that was specific, patient, willing to let me be in charge of my journey, or offered a compassionate, supportive place to come back to.

Now, I've built the kind of support I wish had existed: I call it “light-touch support for the long-haul.” It’s there for you without being a heavy commitment - whether you're building the foundation or maintaining what you've already achieved. This program is flexible, and affordable. It’s designed to keep you consistent without burning out, changing strategies, or abandoning ship and starting over.

The Healthy Foundations Collective is a monthly membership for midlife health seekers who want to build sustainable health habits—without the overwhelm, guilt, or the heavy financial burden or time commitment that typically comes with cutting edge support. 

This isn't a 12-week program that disappears.
This isn't a one-size-fits-all protocol.
This isn't another information dump.

This is long-haul, light-touch support that meets you where you are and helps you stay consistent - over time - with the little things that matter most.

HOW IT WORKS

Once per quarter (roughly every three months) the community comes together for an online coaching retreat made up of (5) 60 to 90 minute calls over 7 days.  

At the start of each retreat, we celebrate our accomplishments, reflect on the past 12 weeks, examine what worked and what needs to change. Not everyone will be working on the same thing, but we are working from a shared perspective of love and compassion for our bodies, our life experience, our communities and environments, and our world as a whole.  

Each retreat offers an educational call on rotating topics. You can base your next step off the education, or not. At the end of each retreat, you choose the next step to focus on for the next 90 days and set up your tracking metrics. All of this led and coached-on in every retreat by a board-certified health coach.

Then, for 90 days, you:

  1. Track your chosen habits using our simple tracking tools

  2. Show up to monthly group coaching calls for coaching/guidance, troubleshooting, or just some accountability

  3. Share your wins or get support anytime in our private online community (it’s NOT Facebook - the platform is HIPAA compliant)

  4. Review your tracker at the end of 90 days and come back to the retreat to share what you learned. 

No pressure to do it all. No guilt about what you're not doing. Just steady progress by building consistency with what matters most.

PRICING & HOW TO JOIN

Founding Member Price: $700/year  

As a founding member, you’ll keep this price for as long as your enrollment remains active. 

Add ons: 

Private Coaching Complements:

Strategy+ 1 strategy session at onboarding (50 mins) + 1 check in session (30 mins, can be used anytime) = $250 (requires an intake form completed in advance)

Regular Check Ins (4) 30-minute private coaching sessions - 1 per quarter. $200

Medical Support have a licensed medical prescriber to support you with hormones, GLP1’s, and some prescribed longevity supports.
