YOU

Are ready to transform your life by taking control of your health.

You’re willing to do the work, and you have what it takes. You need steady support and guidance you can trust.

Maybe you're waking up to your body’s need for better care as you age. Perhaps you’re feeling a more subtle, nagging loss of vitality that no one has been able to explain or rectify. Maybe you carry the weight of one or several diagnoses.

Practitioners and peers have likely told you your concerns are the normal process of aging and something we must accept. Maybe you’ve been invited to blame your genetics. “This is just what happens in my family.” Wellness settings may feel exclusionary and perhaps effective for the well, but not effective at resolving your symptoms.

You are unwilling to accept the conventional path of slowly escalating sick care. You are ready to be a rebel for your health and longevity.

You want your concerns to be heard, taken seriously, and responded to with specificity.

Vanden Moseley, Founder and Coach

ME

I’m a NYC native and have been in the fitness and wellness industry for over a decade. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2008 and a coach since 2015. I’ve competed in track, Olympic lifting, and triathalons. Before any of that, I had a first career in equestrian show jumping. Training humans and animals for competitive performance taught me a lot about working toward big goals. Lifestyle goals are not much different. We achieve them with an athlete’s mindset, repetition, and constant fine tuning.

Vanden-Pilar, Board-Certified Health Coach.

What people don’t know about me: My joy and wellness were hard-won.

For most of my life, I was compulsively self-destructive. I ate like crap, drank like a fish, and was stuck in downward spiral of behavior and self-talk. I didn't realize my self-destruction was trauma driven - until I did. By my late 20’s, I could barely get up half a flight of stairs to my first-floor apartment on a humid day without shedding a few tears of physical pain. People look at me today and assume I must have always been this healthy, or have something they don’t. The reality is I started this journey after the age of 30.

I’ve learned to be gentle – the hard way.

I’ve fallen on my face a million times in the process of building a life that nurtures my health and growth through positive challenges. Learning to be gentle was possibly the hardest lesson of my life, and it came achingly slow - two steps forward, one step back. Learning to offer myself love and forgiveness were the hard-won habits that brought the most rapid and profound transformations. Even so, I’m still learning to be gentle.

This work is bigger than me, and you. It’s about the ripple effect of role models who live a vibrant life.

Who’s role model are you? Who’s inspired by your vibrance and passion? I bet more people take notice of you than you think.

In a society where the default reality is chronic disease diagnoses at younger ages with every generation, what do you stand for?

Supporting you to shine as bright as possible is how I contribute to a better world.

US

You know what you want. You see it, you feel it. You know it’s possible and you’re ready!

You might be nervous and unsure of where to start, how to stay on track, and afraid of losing your way..

Despite the fear, there’s nothing that sounds worse than being in this same place next year.

You don’t need another friend. You don’t need another wellness class. You want more than accountability.

You need a partner. You need a knowledgable collaborator.

You need a co-pilot to see the journey through.
