Vanessa was born and raised in New York City. In 10 years she has learned to manage a myriad of personal health challenges. Those challenges include knee, hip and lower back pain, PTSD / Anxiety, ADHD, sugar addiction, depression, Leaky Gut and Candida overgrowth. Vanessa's personal journey has given her confidence in the body’s natural capacity for healing when the right environment and support is in place. Vanessa has faith in the principles of coaching to elicit powerful shifts in perspective and behavior. She is dedicated to guiding clients through a process of getting healthy that is enjoyable and rewarding.
